Larson Davis provides full repair services with products returned within 10 working days of receipt.
To return a product for repair or warranty you must:
- Contact Larson Davis for an RMA (Return Materials Authorization), and provide as much information as possible about the problem.
- Ship the defective product to the provided address
- After receipt at the factory, a fixed price quote will be provided for the repair. Repairs will not proceed until after the quote is approved so prompt acceptance of the quote will shorten the overall repair time. If a repair is determined to be covered by warranty, no authorization is required.
- Product is returned using the shipping method specified in the RMA. For repairs that are covered by the warranty, Larson Davis will pay the return shipping cost.
